Our home port is Rock Hall MD
Here is a quick look around town . . .
Unofficial town hall . . . . the Shore Stop

On Facebook.
The Shore Stop has the best fried chicken you will find anywhere on the Eastern Shore (get there before 1:00).

Rock Hall United Methodist Church

A true cultural gem, The Mainstay. Unbelievable mix of music acts you would not expect to see in towns ten times the size of Rock Hall.

The American Legion
. . . the cheapest beer in town.
The town crier (now silent)
The unofficial waterman’s union hall . . .
Important part of local economy

The Harbor Shack Bar – great views of Rock Hall Harbor.
Where the locals hang, along with some out of town boaters. Closed during the winter.

Waterman’s Crab House.
This is more of a tourist place, but locals do hang here. The ‘place’ for crabs. If you own a large trophy power boat this is the place to be seen. Closed during the winter.

1926 Trumpy docked at Waterman’s

Located on the main drive, the Bay Wolf offers consistently above average food at reasonable prices. Since you are on the eastern shore where duck hunting is a religion, one of the places where duck is actually offered on the menu. A unique mixture of Austrian and Eastern Shore Cuisine with different specials offered most nights. Go in the back door from the rear parking lot and eat at the bar with the locals. One of the few places in town that is open all year.

Every town has a bar offering a burger night, but the Bay Wolf has one of the best burgers we have had anywhere (unlimited fixings bar with bacon!).

Great place for coffee and sandwiches. Located on the main drag. Some locals, but more likely to find boaters in the summer.
Clam House (no you cannot get clams here)
